Terms of Development

By contributing source code, including related documentation, to MousePaw Media, you are agreeing to the following terms in relation to your contribution (the "Source Code"):

1. Source Code Contributions

Unless you choose to explicitly license your Source Code to us under the 3-Clause BSD License, your Source Code shall be considered to be licensed to us under the MIT License.

You are granting MousePaw Media worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual authorization to relicense your code under any license which they see fit, within the context of the projects managed by MousePaw Media, so long as at least one of those licenses is compliant with the Open Source Definition (http://opensource.org/osd). You retain the copyright for your code, and all the rights thereof.

2. Non-Code Contributions

By contributing content other than source code to MousePaw Media, you are agreeing to the following terms in relation to your contribution (the "Content"):

Your Content shall be considered to be licensed to us under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

You are granting MousePaw Media worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual authorization to relicense your Content under any license which they see fit, within the context of the projects managed by MousePaw Media, so long as at least one of those licenses is a Creative Commons license, excluding CC0 or Public Domain. You retain the copyright for your Content, and all the rights thereof.
